Wandering around I keep seeing last year’s nests in bare trees.

It makes me yearn for fresh nests and baby crows. One needs to be patient though. It takes a lot of sticks to build a nursery. Over the years I have caught them with nest materials in beak. They are rather sneaky and make sure I am not watching where they go. That is a dead give away on where a nest is. Sticks and fluffy stuff is needed in large quantities.
