South of the 14th Street Bridge is a mixture of industry and houses. Some are old and some are new plus add some construction in there too. This post is about what I found on my way along the river between Delta Marine and the Bridge.
An industrial park is wedged between the boat builder, Boeing, the river and Southpark’s main drag. The highlight of this area is more yachts in different stages of build or some perhaps left unused. Getting to the river was near impossible and the only glimpse I got was between the buildings.

Big Boats or are they Yachts?

Once I got around the Industrial Park I found a small developed path next to the river bank. It was along the back of the Boeing Training Facility. I got some good views of the river, Jorgensen Steel, more Boeing buildings, the river being reclaimed and the construction of a new park T-117.

Let us wrap up with some Southpark houses. In the middle of all this industry people are living in modest homes. See the pink house in one of the construction pictures? There is a close up of that house. Plus I threw in an old garage, a burnt out house, and a well maintained house right on the river.
